Our Contract
Welcome to apnemarket.com! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our unique e-commerce platform and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). b. We charge a commission fee on each successful sale made through vendor stores. The commission percentage will be communicated to vendors during the registration process.

3-Product Listings and Sales:
a. Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information about their products, including pricing, availability, and relevant details.
b. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
c. While we strive to provide a safe marketplace, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the products listed on our Platform.
4-Orders and Payments:
a. Buyers may place orders through the Platform. Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment and providing accurate shipping information.
b. We facilitate secure payments between buyers and vendors through trusted third-party payment processors.
5-Prohibited Activities:
a. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Platform.
b. Users must not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, engage in unauthorized access to the Platform, or disrupt its normal functioning.
6-Privacy and Data Protection:
a. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7-Intellectual Property:

10-Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and apnemarket.com regarding your use of the Platform. Any failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
